QUALITY ASSURANCE
UL RECOGNIZED INSULATION SYSTEM
As further assurance to our valued clients of our product’s quality & reliability, we are proud to announce that we have been certified by Underwriters Laboratory Inc. USA (UL) for the quality materials and electrical insulation system that our factory stringently adopt and use in our manufacturing. Our factory is audited by UL Inspectors every quarterly to maintain the highest level of production and material usage. Since May 2007, the UL Recognized Electrical Insulation System – Component is used throughout Poly’s full range of transformers. Our UL file no. is E311507 and this can be verified at www.ul.com.
Our range of transformers under 600V (up to 3MVA capacity) are affixed the UL logo for its certified insulation system.
SUPERIOR QUALITY MATERIALS
Under the requirement of UL Electrical Insulation System (EIS), all our transformers are manufactured using certified material of the highest quality. Insulation system available are Class F (155°C), Class H (180°C), Class N (200°C) & Class R (220°C).
For the varnishing, we use the Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process for all our transformers.
With our conservative design, our transformers have lower losses and operate at lower temperatures. With this energy efficiency, using our transformers will not only translate into long-term savings for our customers but also be more beneficial to the environment.
STRINGENT TESTING STANDARDS
At Poly, we expect all our products to perform at the highest level. All our transformers are designed, manufactured and tested complying to applicable international standards. We offer production and testing capabilities for dry type transformers up to 3MVA.
3RD-PARTY CERTIFICATIONS FROM INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES
